CFF provides a comprehensive portfolio of scientific research and technology development services to support fishing, farming, aquaculture and renewable energy in our region.  Our research studies focus on important issues facing the fishing industry, local farms and  communities. The resulting data have been crucial for developing a better understanding of marine ecology, benthic habitats, bycatch reduction, informing fisheries management decisions, protecting endangered species and  sustaining fisheries through innovative gear modifications. CFF studies also promote of sustainable aquaculture and agriculture practices in our coastal region.
