CFF Participates in Massachusetts Seafood Day at the State House

On Wednesday, October 21, Coonamessett Farm Foundation (CFF) participated in Massachusetts Seafood Day at the State House in Boston. The annual event brings together members of the commercial fishing industry, legislators, regulators, and nonprofit organizations to celebrate the importance of Massachusetts' seafood industry and its contributions to the Commonwealth's economy and coastal communities.

CFF joined fellow organizations at the event to share information about our ongoing research and initiatives supporting sustainable fisheries, marine science, and the commercial fishing community.

Massachusetts Seafood Day provides an opportunity for dialogue and collaboration among the many groups involved in the Commonwealth's fishing industry. Events like these help strengthen connections between researchers, fishermen, policymakers, and community organizations working toward a sustainable future for Massachusetts fisheries.
