Wellfleet Beach Cleanup Recap

Despite 30° weather, wind, and snow, a small group gathered for our beach cleanup in Wellfleet. With just a few participants, we still made a meaningful impact — removing 10.1 lbs (4.58kg) of debris from the shoreline. The most common item? Foam. It breaks into tiny pieces that wildlife mistake for food. What we remove in a few hours would otherwise remain in the environment for centuries.
